FAQs

Are dogs allowed in store?

We are pleased to welcome well behaved dogs into all of our stores. The only exception being our restaurants. 

Dogs must be kept on a fixed lead at all times, unless being carried. We suggest you carry smaller dogs on escalators to avoid injury. We reserve the right to refuse entry.

Does the lift accommodate larger mobility scooters?

Our lift can accommodate Class 1 wheelchairs and compact Class 2 mobility scooters. Larger Class 2 and Class 3 scooters are not permitted.

Do you have a wheelchair that I can use?

We have one manual wheelchair in store that is available to customers on a first come, first served basis. Please ask a member of staff.

Does the restaurant cater for dietary requirements?

We offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. If you require any allergen or other dietary information, please speak to a member of staff.

Do you offer digital gift cards?

We currently only offer physical gift cards. These can be purchased in-store or ordered online and delivered or collected in any of our stores.
