If you are searching for that perfect present, you may wish to consider the flexibility of the Hoopers gift card. It is redeemable in any one of our four Hoopers stores across the country, and can be used in full or part payment for any of the wide range of products and services we offer, including both ladies' and men's fashion, accessories, beauty and cosmetics, gifts for the home as well as our wonderful Zest Restaurant.
A Hoopers gift card may be purchased online in several denominations between £5 and £250, and will arrive attached to a card for you to write a message.
Orders for gift cards online can be sent to a secondary delivery address if desired. Deliveries of gift cards require a signature upon receipt. Please note that we can not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. All gift cards are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
We can only post to UK mainland address, not to international addresses.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- This gift card may be used in full or part payment for products or services at any Hoopers store.
- This gift card may not be used for online purchases.
- This gift card is not exchangeable either in whole or in part for cash, nor can it be used to make payment against a Hoopers Customer Account.
- Hoopers Loyalty points cannot be earned on the purchase of a gift card.
- Hoopers Loyalty points cannot be used as tender to purchase a gift card.
- Please keep this gift card safe as it will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen. Hoopers reserves the right to refuse damaged or defaced gift cards.
- This gift card will expire and any remaining balance will be cancelled if it is not used to make a purchase during 18 consecutive months of activation.
- The balance of this card may be checked at any Hoopers store.
- These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

BY POST: All deliveries will be despatched using Royal Mail or Parcelforce. An email confirmation will be sent once your order has been despatched. This will allow you to track your delivery for items sent using Parcelforce. Please note we do not currently offer overseas delivery.
Standard delivery cost is £5.00. We aim to ship your goods on the day your order is received, up to 2pm, Monday to Friday. Alternatively, if you order after 4pm or over the weekend your order will be dispatched the next working day. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
If you are out when delivery is attempted Royal Mail or Parcelforce will leave a card. You are then able to rearrange delivery or collection. Additional Royal Mail charges may apply.

TO STORE: Orders will arrive in store within 5 working days. You will be sent an email confirming your package has arrived in store and which department you will be able to collect it from.
We are happy to refund or exchange goods purchased from Hoopers online. Goods must be returned within 14 working days of receipt, in perfect condition, together with your delivery note as proof of purchase, completed with reason for return or exchange. A pre-paid returns label will be enclosed with your goods.
Refunds will be given in the same payment method as the original transaction. For items that are excluded, please visit our Returns page for information.
