It is redeemable in any one of our four Hoopers stores across the country, and can be used in full or part payment for any of the wide range of products and services we offer, including both ladies' and men's fashion, accessories, beauty and cosmetics, gifts for the home as well as our wonderful Zest Restaurant.

A Hoopers gift card may be purchased online in several denominations between £5 and £250, and will arrive attached to a card for you to write a message.

DELIVERY DETAILS:

Orders for gift cards online can be sent to a secondary delivery address if desired. Deliveries of gift cards require a signature upon receipt. Please note that we can not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

• Click & Collect: Free from any Hoopers store (you may choose your store at checkout)
• Standard Delivery: £2.95 (Royal Mail Signed For)
• Please note the Royal Mail Signed For service can take up to 5 working days.
• Special Delivery: £6.95 (Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm)
• All gift card orders made by 12pm Tuesday to Friday will usually be processed on the same day, excluding public holidays.
• Orders are collected by Royal Mail from Tuesday to Friday.

We can only post to UK mainland address, not to international addresses.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• This gift card may be used in full or part payment for products or services at any Hoopers store.
• This gift card may not be used for online purchases.
• This gift card is not exchangeable either in whole or in part for cash, nor can it be used to make payment against a Hoopers Customer Account.
• Hoopers Loyalty points cannot be earned on the purchase of a gift card.
• Hoopers Loyalty points cannot be used as tender to purchase a gift card.
• Please keep this gift card safe as it will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen. Hoopers reserves the right to refuse damaged or defaced gift cards.
• This gift card will expire and any remaining balance will be cancelled if it is not used to make a purchase during 18 consecutive months of activation.
• The balance of this card may be checked at any Hoopers store.
• These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
